Organic Sunflower Sprout Salad

1 pound organic sunflower sprouts
2 tablespoons organic olive oil
3 teaspoons organic lemon juice
½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
½ cup organic red onion, sliced
4 teaspoons organic green onion, chopped
½ cup organic shredded carrots
2 teaspoons organic sesame seeds
In a large bowl, mix sunflower sprouts, green onion, shredded carrots, and the sliced red onion.
In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Pour this dressing over the salad and let marinade. Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
