Question:

My 13-month old baby has been constipated for a couple of weeks, and her doctor suggested that I give her Miralax. Could you suggest an effective but natural laxative that would be safe for a baby of this age? Thanks for your help! – Julie

Answer:

Dear Julie, A buffered Vitamin C is a great way to relieve constipation. An age appropriate probiotic may help with gas.
