Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon Salad

2 pounds Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon, cooked
1 cup Non-GMO Vegenaise
½ cup organic celery, diced
½ cup organic bell pepper, diced
½ cup organic onion, diced
4 teaspoons organic dill, chopped
2 teaspoons organic lemon juice
½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
¼ teaspoon organic black pepper

Crumble cooked salmon into a bowl being careful to remove any bones or skin. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve cold on a bed of lettuce leaves and enjoy!
