Sesame Crusted Fresh Seared Tuna

2 lbs. fresh wild caught tuna
2 oz. organic garlic (minced)
2 oz. organic cilantro (chopped)
2 oz. organic olive oil
1 oz. organic lemon juice
2 ½ oz. organic sesame seeds
½ oz. organic peppercorn
Pinch Himalayan salt
4 oz. Tamari

Cut the tuna (slice it to the size of a steak). Marinate with garlic, cilantro, olive oil and Tamari. Let it marinade for two hours. Coat the pan with olive oil and 1 oz. of peppercorn (2 TBSP) cook on medium heat, wait 30-45 seconds to release aroma of peppercorn (absorb the peppercorn). Lay tuna in frying pan, sear it for 2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides, top it with a little Tamari. Enjoy!
