Seaweed Salad

2 cups kelp noodles
1 cup sea vegetables, chopped
1 organic avocado, peeled and chopped
4 cups organic spring mix
2 tbsp. organic balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons organic sesame oil
1 teaspoon organic tamari
Himalayan salt to taste

Wash the noodles and sea vegetables very thoroughly and drain well. Mix all the ingredients together. Serve and enjoy.
