Organic Nut and Berry Brown Rice

4 cups organic brown rice (cooked)
3 oz. organic cashews
3 oz. organic cranberries
3 oz. organic green onion (chopped)
2 tsp. organic safflower oil
1 tsp. organic lemon juice
¾ tsp. pink Himalayan salt
¼ tsp. organic black pepper
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!
