Herb Roasted Turkey Slices

5 pounds antibiotic and hormone-free Turkey Breast
2 tablespoons organic cumin
2 tablespoons organic oregano
2 tablespoons organic basil
2 tablespoons organic thyme
2 tablespoons organic dried parsley
2 tablespoons organic rosemary
3 tablespoons organic garlic, minced
½ cup organic safflower oil
¼ cup organic lemon juice
¾ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
½ teaspoon organic black pepper
½ cup water

Mix all ingredients except the turkey in a blender to make a delicious marinade. Place the turkey breast in a saucepan or tray. Add the marinade, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, preheat the oven to 350°F. Cook until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F - approximately 90-120 minutes. Transfer turkey to a cutting board and slice diagonally. Arrange slices on a platter and spoon the cooked marinade over the turkey slices. Enjoy!
