Treatment for Essential Tremors

By March 30, 2018Abby's Answers

Question:

I have been diagnosed with “essential tremors”, which runs in my family. Any suggestions?

Answer:

I have found the following protocol useful:

  • Taurine (1000 mg) AM and PM on an empty stomach.
  • Magnesium asporotate taken in divided doses to bowel tolerance.
  • Coenzymated B complex on empty stomach upon wakening.
  • Inositol powder ¼ teaspoon (600 mg) several times during the day.
  • Methylcobalamin 5000 mg sublingual daily.

Trying this for several weeks and then re-evaluating is my suggestion.
