I highly recommend the coenzymated B complex by Country Life. Take 2 or 3 upon arising and 1 or 2 at 3:00 pm. Stress causes depletion in the B vitamins. B vitamin depletion causes increase in stress. To reduce anxiety, inositol powder by Jarrow is great! Take ¼ tsp in water 3-4 times a day. At bedtime, place ¼ tsp of the powder directly in the mouth. It has a light sugary taste.
